Overview


The OrderMerger Dashboard serves as your central command center, providing an at-a-glance view of your order merging performance, recent activity, and quick access to key features. This page is designed to help you monitor your savings, see merge history, track merge success rates, and identify opportunities for optimization.



Key Sections


Automatic Merge Status


Welcome section showing automatic merge activation status and quick toggle


The welcome section provides:


Automatic Merge Status:

  • Current Status: Shows whether automatic merge is currently enabled or disabled for your store
  • Activation Button: One-click button to enable automatic merge if currently disabled or enabled
  • Quick Toggle: Easy way to turn automatic merging on/off without going to settings


Plan & Usage


Current Plan Information:

  • Plan Name: Your current subscription plan (e.g., Basic Plan, Pro Plan)
  • Monthly Allowance: Number of merges included in your plan


Usage Statistics:

  • Merges Used: Number of merges completed this billing period
  • Remaining Quota: How many merges you have left in your allowance


Billing Information:

  • Reset Date: When your plan quota will reset (e.g., "Resets on March 1st")


Automatic Merge Rules Summary


Shows overview of your merge rules configuration. These rules only affect the automatic merge process - orders can still be merged manually if needed.

Rule Evaluation Process:

When a new order comes in, OrderMerger evaluates it against previous orders from the same customer using your configured rules.


Built-in Rules (always active):

  • Customer ID is identical
  • Shipping address is identical


Custom Rule Groups (if configured):

  • Displays each rule group with logical operators
  • Shows field names, conditions, and formatted values
  • Note: Rules can be changed in the Automatic Merge settings page


Analytics Section

Performance Metrics (two cards):

  1. Number of Orders Merged: Total count with percentage change vs previous period
  2. Shipping Costs Saved: Amount saved with percentage change vs previous period


Merge History Table:

Shows original orders and the new order they were merged into. You can see how much refund was made to the customer in each merge (in case set as a rule), and the shipping costs saved for this particular merge.
